DPE's urgent instructions for primary teachers
From now government primary school inspection and class activity monitoring will continue through WhatsApp. For this reason, instructions have been given to head teachers/assistant teachers across the country to download WhatsApp on their respective smartphones.
Director (Monitoring and Evaluation) of the Department of Primary Education (DPE) on Thursday. This instruction has been given in the notification signed by Uttam Kumar Das.
According to the notification, the director general of the department has given instructions to all the officers of the monitoring and evaluation department to connect with the teachers of the government primary schools through WhatsApp during the school in order to maintain the overall quality of education and educational environment in the school.
According to the directive, the officials of the monitoring and evaluation department of the department will visit the school through online WhatsApp. In this program, the head teachers and assistant teachers should provide full cooperation and required information.
It also said that the online inspection process will be done through WhatsApp. For this, head teachers/assistant teachers across the country will download WhatsApp on their respective smart phones and provide the required information using the internet connection during school through the mobile data sent by the Directorate of Primary Education to the head teacher.
In the directive, DPE also says that the numbers of all the officers of the monitoring and evaluation department of the department should be saved on WhatsApp. If an official calls on WhatsApp during school hours, the call must be answered. Call back if you can't answer the phone for any reason. Government primary school teachers must carry identity card (ID card) at work.
It has been requested to inform the Monitoring and Evaluation Department for taking necessary action in this regard.
